All rates are inclusive of parking, electric, logs, oil, hot tub, barbecue, linen and towels, freeview tv/dvd, fishing and use of the shared 150 acre grounds with stream and lake.

A welcome pack in available upon your arrival which includes all the kitchen essentials for your stay such as washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea and biscuits.
